1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either as an individual or on behalf of a business entity) and Konnecs (“Konnecs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

However, we do not guarantee any specific level of availability. The Service is provided “as is” and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance and to minimize disruptions. Unplanned outages will be communicated through our status page as quickly as practicable.
