Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan lets you explore Konnecs without any time limit or credit card. When you are ready to unlock more capacity, you can upgrade to Starter or Professional.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan limits. We never delete your contacts or forms — you can always re-upgrade to regain access.
Do you offer annual billing?
